Now that V4R3 is officially announced and V4R4 is being talked about in
early 1999,
I'm curious about what this esteemed list sees for the future. Copper
chip technology
should be available in late 1999 or early 2000. Do you think there will
be a V4R5 or
will it be V5R1? When will V5 happen? With the content of V4R3 and the
probable
content of V4R4, what do people need that's not there? Will the AS/400
metamorphis
into a new machine (I know the machine has done that while keeping the
old name)
with a new name to quiet the critics who call it "old architecture"?
