John,

I hadn't thought of the editors as being your intended audience. 
Really, they are the only ones in a position to investigate the 400
(which is a good thing)  The rest of the posters won't switch
languages or platforms, but they might get some sense that we really
do exist, make good livings, enjoy our work and aren't as dumb as they
think.  At least I hope that's what the get out of it.
