Subba, I put something in the users initial program. It checks a data area to see if the flag is on indicating a system wide message. If on, it will display a screen of the information retrieved from the data area. It then proceeds to rest of program. The system operators can set this flag on and off and are responsible to change the text. Normally used to notify the users of a planned shut down.
