I recollect that the PRPQ is a microcode upgrade for the 5394 which you order at vast expense from IBM. I can't remember the exact details but I think that the process relies on using Data Link Switching (DLSw) to encapsulate the SNA traffic so it can be routed. I think that CISCO has an equivalent to Data Link Switching but I can't remember what it is called. I'm sure that CISCO Tech support would be able to point you in the right direction though Hope this helps.
