Chuck, The API and Exit Point became available back in V3R6. Due to some mis-communication here the API was in the System API Reference since V3R6 but the Exit Point documentation didn't show up until the V4R2 manual (I thought it was in the Work Management manual and Work Management thought it was in the System API Reference...).
