Hi Folks, Is there any kind of consensus on where the Attention Key program should be set, i.e. in the User Profile or within the Initial Program ? There seems to be NO consensus among 3rd party software vendors and that is starting to cause me a MAJOR problem... It looks like to me it makes MORE sense to let the User Profile do this. That way if Vendor A uses the Attention Key program it gets set there. If Vendor B wants to use it, we (the users) would write our OWN Attention Key program and include Vendor A and Vendor B (and Vendor C, D, E, etc.) in it... The OTHER way, setting within the Initial Program, it "bulls over" whatever was already in place... i.e. Vendor A gets set in the User Profile and Vendor B in the Initial Program and all you get is Vendor B's Attention Key program... This looks to me to be yet another example of vendors stepping over the line when it comes to System Operations. Am I alone in this ? Thanks..
