Thanks for the information ! Sorry for the delay in responding. My notebook was
"acting up" and it took me a while to figure out what it was doing... Back in
business now !

I did what you recommended below but replaced *USRSPC with *FILE because *USRSPC
didn't work (?) Is that OK ?

Of course I keyed in the NEW file name in lower case and it took it - boy does
THAT look weird on a WRKOBJPDM on the library <BG>

I RENAMED the NEW file name with all upper case and then I could delete it.

Really weird, I created it on the date that the file was named... I was doing a
bunch of copy tape stuff from a Unix box so maybe that did it ?
