  Others have mentioned a used D/E10 or so and for hardware this is
probably a reasonable size.  I would caution that you MAY need a RISC
box if you need to dup tapes that are above V3R2. Can someone verify
that you need V4R2 for example to dup a V4R2 tape?  (I believe this IS
true.)

  IF it is true then you will probably want to search out a model 400
which will easily handle your tape requirements as well as run V4R3
however it will be more expensive.
