Set the inactivity timeout back to 0.  Make sure you're on V3R1M3
version of CA/400 for Win95/NT with at least Service Pack 3  (SF46891)
or higher, and the required PTF's for named device support (also
includes PC5250 print emulation & bypass signon support) for TCP/IP
connections (see APAR - SNDPTFORD II010918 - or below).

Now, config using the named device support and you can now use DSCJOB
command, and the system values QINACTITV/QDSCJOBITV to control
disconnection of inactive jobs.
