We use it to monitor customer service agents while on the telephone taking
enrollments.  Privacy is not really an issue as the ACD telephone calls are
monitored.  This allows the supervisors to evaluate customer service.  We
actually get agents requesting to be monitored    
 to show off their skills.  Straight forward program, easy to use.
