They used to be in the Programming Reference Summary, (chapter 7?) but 
that worthy manual now points us to the online help (which is a change for 
the better, IMHO!)  This is on V4R2.  My V4R1 system doesn't have it 
online yet.  Just press F1 (Help) then F2 (Extended help)
