Retirement

Hi Everyone.

Having been on the List for many years I feel like a know a lot
of you.  
Also I have meet many of you at COMMON.

I wanted to let all my old friends here know that I am retiring
at the 
end of this month.  I have and will be thinking of you often.  I
will be 
losing my email account on this AS/400 but will continue to get
the 
digest and email at rksmith+@osu.edu

It has been a wonderful 35 years here at the University but some
of the 
best times have been with some of you on the list.  Every time I
see 
your post I think of you.

No real plans for a while except travel and sit on the porch of
our 
condo on the shores of Lake Erie and watch the sail boats go by.
 For 
Neil the water is clear enough to see the bottom and the fish. 
They say 
that they need some industrial run off :)  .

So long for now.
