I need some input from this great list. When a user signs onto the system the initial startup puts their user name into the *LDA. This is then used by my distribution package to put their name onto all of the document that print from them. e.g. Pick Tickets, Telephone inquiries, etc. The problem that is occurring is that a user will leave for lunch and not sign off. Another user will then sit down at their desk and produce a document. I need a way to selectively disconnect a terminal based on user profile, when their is no activity. The system will disconnect a job but it will do it for all terminals. This is not acceptable. FYI a little company information. The company was started in 92 with originally 5 employees. The president/owner, The sales manager - owners son, a salesman, and accountant, and me. The "problem users are the president and salesmanager. We are a very small company. They would like as much credit as possible.) +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
