Hi Ash and everybody else,

We have been using EMC units for a couple of years. We put a Harmonix
system onto our CISC box and then we went to RISC we bought the Symmetrix.
It has an NT box, a Netware box and had an AIX box attached as well. We
were the first company worldwide to put a RISC AS/400 onto this particular
model of Symmetrix and EMC flew someone out from Belgium to make sure the
AS/400 installation went smoothly. There were no hiccups. Our service from
EMC South Africa has been outstanding and we haven't had any problems with
the equipment as well. Their technical guys are outstanding as well. Maybe
EMC USA should send some of their people out here!!!
