Take a look at your Connection document for "to all Internet hosts".  It should 
have been created automatically when you 
configured Domino using the SMTPMTA option for mail.  There should be an entry 
in the "Relay host" field.  This is where you 
put the name or IP address of the firewall.  Try it out and tell me what 
happens.
