RJE software

Put on your thinking hats.  Way back on the 38 we did some RJE
communications with a few mainframes.  As far as I remember this was part of
the S/38 OS.  Now I have a client who need to do RJE comms with one of thier
customers.  Currently this happens from a 36 to a mainframe.  My clients
customer is not agreeable to any other type of communications, so I need to
replicate the RJE environment.  From what I remember, RJE is a seperate
licenced program on the AS400.  ( I haven't had to deal with this for
years).  Does anyone know if this is a seperate licenced pgm and how much it
costs.  The client is running V4R1 on a 620.
