RE: Intro to the AS400 for the non-technical person

appologies if I read it wrong....it sounded like you were looking for a
primer for a sales(cold call) type...  There is no doubt that a informed
user is a good asset...

I'ld checkout some of the Duke pubs (don't have a catalog handy, but check
their web page www.news400.com).  At last check they had several good
AS/400 overview pubs...there were a couple that were a overview that also
included a intro to things like QRY, etc....also it seems like there's a
ops video out there and a qry vid which you might frind form the midrange
folks (www.midrangecomputing.com).
