Ditto on the 15,5 definition for parms.

Tip of the Day: Make a self-submitting CL program. Heres how. In a CL, use 
RTVJOBA
to determine if the job is running in Batch or Interactive mode. If Job is in
Interactive mode, do the SBMJOB. If in Batch, call your program. One less 
program
to keep track of.
