A WSTAXYN 1A B 14 60VALUES(' ' 'Y') A DSPATR(UL) A CHKMSGID(SQC3101 *LIBL/SQCMSGF) A FLDCSRPRG(WSINVPRT) A DSPATR(MDT) -----Original Message----- From: Erick <egarske@cts.com> To: Midrange List <midrange-l@midrange.com> Date: Saturday, August 01, 1998 10:15 PM Subject: Error Checking >I have a question concerning error checking techniques using display >files. Currently, I can utilize a custom message file and message >subfile to display the error messages. This works fine. But another >technique that I do not really utilize is the VALUES keyword in DDS. If >an invalid value is entered I get an error message that displays >something like "Invalid value entered. Valid values in message help."
