I am wondering if it is customary to order Domino for the AS/400, Notes Designer, and Lotus Notes Pump from a Lotus Notes business partner at the published prices and then be told that to get documentation there is an additional media price for each product. The documentation received for Notes Pump is a tiny AS/400 users manual that continually refers to a user manual not received. I discovered it was necessary to get the products from a business partner rather than a distributer to get the passport program. What I didn't know is that the retail version at least supplies you with the media and documentation. Is this usual? Carole A.
