Yes - I forgot to mention that.  Separate out QUSRSYS (I also separate
out QGPL, QMPGLIB, QMPGDATA (these last two need SAVACT if you are
running PM/400) as well for SAVACT - and save QIWS when the host server
tasks are tmmporarily ended) and use SAVACT on those libraries.
