The users are enabled on both systems and both have the same authority to
the outq on both systems.  No errors in the writer job logs - the file does
send, but for one user it never arrives at the remote location.  This one
really has me stumped!

Not sure what would be causing this but here are a a couple of things to
check;
1)  If the users have profiles on both systems, make sure that they are
not disabled on the remote system.
2)  Take a look at the joblog for the local printer.  There should be
some kind of message as to why the job is not sending.
3)  You may also want to check the authority of the user to the remote
out queue.
