Hello Booth,

I usually just bill the hours or a flat negotiated amount but if they need 
proof or if the hours are 
intermittent then I keep a weekly timesheet and get someone in charge to sign 
it off weekly.  Then I invoice 
monthly.  You should put these requirements in your contract too.
