FYI

If a user tries to signon through CA/400 but the user profile has
invalid parameters (ex: outq has been moved/deleted since user created)
the system will log a message to QSYSOPR and present a blank screen. Yet
if they sign on to a dumb terminal there is no problem until the outq is
actually used (ex: sbmjob). Does anyone know why IBM feels this is
necessary?
