PRISM & Manugistics

These are supposedly specfic Manufacturing Systems Applications can anyone tell 
me more? And is anyone out there currently using them ? I really am curious to 
know what Manugistics is , it sounds like a statistical package related to 
manufacturing statistics. Are they Y2K compliant? I need to know what I may be 
getting myself into. Any input would be most appreciated.
