Try running the APYPTF command on that ptf again. For DELAYED PTFS, type 
'yes' and when you get the extra parms., for APPLY AT UNATTENDED IPL, 
type 'no'.  This will "unmark" the ptf from application at your next 
ipl.
This will at least prevent the ptf from being applied and you can tackle 
the remove later. But it is not a good idea to muck with the pgms behind 
the ptf. If any of those pgms behind the ptf do get messed up, you will 
need to download another ptf that contains the same pgms behind it and 
download that. IBM can tell you what ptfs contain what pgms.
