the list. Once there, you can either go to the HTML version online, or
download/view the Acrobat (PDF) version. The free Acrobat reader is
available for download if needed.

I've listed the whole path so that people can pick the place they want to
jump in. Other versions would have similar URLs, just replace the
appropriate "vnrn" for "v4r2".

You may know about the national language link on the same site where I said
to take the 'English' link. V4R2 is not yet available there in Spanish and
other languages, but v4r1 is, including in PDF versions.
