>> I see that APAR SA74205 has been closed but has anyone seen the PTFs yet? Roger, SA74205 is not my APAR so I can't tell you anything about where the work stands on it. However, I can and did check our internal records for it. A PTF has been built and released for V3R1 and for V3R2. I didn't see any PTF info for the releases following this. (V3R7, V4R1, et cetera). V3R1 5763SS1-SF49627 V3R2 5763SS1-SF49616 My understanding of the way in which our development problem database connects to RETAIN is that all a developer has to do for an APAR to be marked "closed" is to answer it. So an APAR can be closed and no PTF available. I have no idea why it's done this way. (I barely understand how to log on to RETAIN let alone the more intricate details of how it works. ;) For what it's worth, -john martz IBM AS/400 TCP/IP PPP development (and stuff) Internet e-mail: jmartz@us.ibm.com +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
