I'm not sure why the PC would hang using TCP/IP to connect to the /400
My Toshiba laptop would hang ALL the time on the cloud screen.  Finally
went away after installing V3R1M3 of Client Access, AND latest Service
Pack.

I'm pretty sure that RNAPP is part of WIN95 dial-up networking. We had a
problem with it a while ago at one of our clients. If I remember
correctly, RNAPP would start up as soon as you opened the Dial-up
Networking folder, you didn't even need to dial out anywhere. And it
would never end. You had to ALT-CTL-DEL and end it. Also, I am pretty
sure this was the original version of WIN95, and not the WIN95B version.
I think we fixed it by reformatting drive and installing WIN95B.
