A question for the communications guru.

We have three sites that are currently communicating via private leased
lines (paradyne to paradyne). These sites have dumb terminals that are
connected to an IDEA controller (5394 equivalent). We have been trying for
months to get these sites onto Frame Relay. AT&T is saying that the AS/400
is not configured correctly because they don't see a problem on their end
or in the equipment (router, DSU, CSU) that they set up at the sites and
here. That isn't the problem because we have another site (with dumb
terminals and the same controller) that is up and running on Frame Relay
with an identical configuration. The latest idea has been to configure a
single point to point line on the AS/400 and try to diagnose just one site
instead of two on a multi-point line. All of the lines are configured as
multi point SDLC lines on the AS/400. In order to change the configuration
do I simply change connection type from *MP to *NONSWTPP? Are any other
configuration changes required? Does anyone have any thoughts as to why
these other sites aren't coming up? Traceroute shows that all of the sites
are hopping directly to our site.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
