Re: Storage Pool Paging Options

We always use the storage POOL paging option *CALC on *SHRPOOL1.  We use 
*SHRPOOL1 for the QBATCH subsystem.  We are now doing this as a matter of habit 
on all of our 18 AS/400's.  Can't remember where we read up on this.

Hello -

I seem to vaguely remember that it isn't a good idea to 
set the Storage Poll Paging Option to *CALC on any
pool but *BASE....

Is this statement correct? If so, does anyone know why?
