No direct help here, but I faced a similar problem recently with several V2 
BPCS programs, and found that it was pretty easy to reverse engineer them and 
write my own. I don't remember what AMZ00 does, but I think it builds some 
stuff in QTEMP and probably the LDA, and maybe validates the program 
registration key against system serial number. It might be possible to examine 
the output and duplicate it without jumping through too many hoops. Since the 
vendor is no longer supporting it and can't provide a fix, I'd guess that there 
would be no enforceable contractual prohibitions against doing that.
