You must be WAY behind on your PTF cum packages.  For V4R1 this support
was added by PTF SF43981 (since superseded by SF47388).  SF43981 first
appeared on cum package C7308410 - back in November 1997.

For V3R7 it's in PTF SF43980 (cum package C8069370) - since superseded
by PTF SF46675.
For V3R2 it's in PTF SF43978 (available 98/01/05 but not yet on a cum
package - not even the new C8139320 from May 26).
