Eric A DeLong ericadelong@pmsc.com ______________________________ Reply Separator _________________________________ Subject: Finding the Feature code Author: <MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com > at INTERNET Date: 6/10/98 9:25 AM Does anyone know of an easy way to find the Feature Code on an AS/400 if the customer doesn't know what it is? I've got a customer with a model 400 who doesn't know if it is in the P05 (Feature 2030) or P10 (Features 2031 - 2033) group. Is there any way to look it up on the box? jte P.S. Does anyone remember when the Black boxes were introduced and IBM was touting the "simplicity" of the new pricing scheme based on the new model numbering system?
