We're using this at V4R2. You need a recent (one of the last two) PTFs for CA. 
Just type in the device name in the workstation profile config page (it's in 
the .ws file) with QAUTOVRT turned on. You do need multiple .ws files if you 
will have more than one CA session. When you save the .ws file, CA prompts you 
to create an icon. It's easy and very fast to initialize. You can create 
printer devices too. Works great!!!
