Jeff,

  You need the latest Fixpack for Client Access as well as either V4R2
or the proper PTFs for V3R7 or V4R1.  Coming soon to a V3R2 near you.

  Without the fixpack both IP Printer session as well as named Telnet
sessions are not available.
