Win98, Synapse, and AS400 connection - tested, works fine

I checked with Synapse engineers today and they confirm that the Synapse
WinAPPC *DOES* work on Win98 (as well as Win 3.11, Win95, and WinNT) today.
 As is known my confidence in their engineering is high (I sell, support,
use, and recommned Synapse).  Their normal policy of free online updates
and free tech support is refreshing.
