Where did I see code to communicate with a bank?

I recall reading a good article on communicating from the AS/400 to a
bank or clearing house, but now I cannot find it. I think it was in a
AS/400 magazine, but I can't find it now.

Problem is that I need to write a program to retrieve reconciliation
data from a bank.

Anyone remember seeing this article, or have I lost my mind (again)?
