Have been unable to locate a flash update for the 7852-400 on any IBM
web site.
I have a copy of the 3.15 level update, but would suggest (presuming the
modem is still under warranty, or maintenance) that you call IBM
hardware support and request a flash update for the modem.  That's how I
got mine several months ago.
