There are several problems trying to bring your old TAA Tool source forward.

First of all, there is a licensing violation issue.  This material has been
licensed to Jim Sloan, Inc..  In reality, if you attempt to bring it
forward, it is unlikely that you will be prosecuted.

Secondly, the V3R1 shipped version of TAATOOL didn't compile properly.
It's possible that the fixes are available from someone.

Thirdly, the V3R1 shipped version of TAATOOL with fixes is not Y2K ready.

Most users that have attempted a comprehensive upgrade of many tools from
V3R1 report that this represents a six to nine person week effort.  We know
of one company that spent the nine weeks, and when management found out
that this time had been invested (as opposed to the relatively nominal cost
of the new product), the decision maker was fired!
