Believe it or not it's a matter of sell.
I've spoken to newbies working on PC stuff and convinced them to try RPG.
The thing that amazes most computer graduates; when it is explained to them;
is that the AS/400 is complete.
It's got security, database, Programming languages and what amazes them the
most, it's got all it's drivers built in?

You just got to amaze them..
