DLTPTF will also delete the PTF cover letters from QGPL/QAPZCOVER which you may not want to do. (I keep them all so I can scan for info with PDM, and quickly find PTF details without having to go searching IBMLink or IBM's web site). I created my own file PTFCOVER and copy all cover letters to it and keep them, then RMVM QGPL/QAPZCOVER *ALL and delete the save files. I created a separate file from QAPZCOVER because if the cover letter is still there then the system still keeps track of it (a DSPPTF will show status as Cover Letter Only), and with hundreds of cover letters this can slow down the DSPPTF command too much (not so bad now on V4R1, but was a REAL slowdown on V2R3 & V3R1).
