Hi,

I'm traveling, and do not have access to a system to verify my answers, so
this is from memory.

There are several IBM jobs that allocate objects in QUSRSYS. To get a good
save, you have to end several IBM jobs. By memory, ending the subsystems
QSYSWRK, QSNADS and (one other I can't remember) will release all locks.

Alternatives: Omit QUSRSYS (a lousy alternative), or save it with
save-while-active.

IBM plans to fix the problem in a future release.
