× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

If the program is blocking records and it takes that long to fill a block, 
then it is possible.  Is a batch job or an interactive job adding the 
records?  Is the job running under commitment control?
