Looks like you need to go for some cleanup. Here we do the cleanup before doing
any conversion. We match each object with corresponding source. While doing so,
we do compare the dates. We take the most recent of createdate, modifieddate
and lastused date.

Whether the source is modified after the object is created doesn't make a
point. Even if you modify the source and dont create the object, the system
always looks at the object. When you run a pgm, the system executes the object
but not the source. So the primary importance should be given to object but not
source.
