We're using Aldon's CMS. It does nice work for us. It's interface is a
little quirky, not quite native AS/400.

IBM's ADM is change control only. For distribution you need System Manager,
another licensed product.

There may be things in QUSRTOOL (the old one) or TAA Tools—Jim Sloan, are
you there?
