You can use Oracle Access Manager to access Oracle database from an 
AS/400. Programs on the AS/400 have to be created in ILE/RPG and data
is accessed using embedded SQL. I have done this to connect to an
Oracle database on a RS/6000. This should probably work in an NT
environment.
