QSNADS is started on both machines?  (I didn't see it mentioned)

Also, just to add: here is the command I made in STRPPDM so I could just
put SF on the file i wanted to send:

                
        SF    SNDNETF FILE(&L/&F) TOUSRID((&my_user_name 
&destination_machine's_name))
