Anybody ever use the 7852-400 both Sync and on occasion Async ???? I want to put an remote emulation card in a new PC and try to get by with only one modem.... The 7852-400 can do both but I'm not crystal clear on how you would switch it over for async operations, to say, access the web.... I realize you can throw some dip switches but I would like to avoid that if possible and maybe just execute simple dial string to intialize the modem for async operations..... I gonna run Personal Communications for the Sync side but I also want to be able to do web stuff.... +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
