I agree, it's not mostly...but if you're looking at it from a raw score
perspective and if the person taking it works in a shop that's not using
ILE (which is ALOT of them), the raw score number will probably not fully
relect the talents of the testee....  And, I would submit that most
shops still are using the non-ILE  language set for their production and
legacy applications.  Ergo, a skewed view of the candidate.
